Senior Manager leading the R&D function at MassMutual India, establishing a new AI Platform Engineering team and overseeing RPA and data engineering delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead establishing the new AI Platform Engineering team.
• Support execution of the RPA program, including bot development and Robotic Operations (ROps) support across the bot portfolio.
• Lead the Data Engineering team in executing projects.
• Provide technical leadership and liaison between the R&D leadership team and the GBS team.
• Ensure close collaboration between US and India in alignment with ETX vision and strategies.
• Implement best practices in collaboration with the R&D leadership team.
• Identify and address process inefficiencies and skill gaps to improve the India team's performance.
• Support budget, staffing, and organizational planning for the R&D team in MM India.
• Act as a people leader for the team and provide required support and guidance.
• Coach and mentor first-line managers to grow in their roles.
• Act as escalation point for people-related issues.
• Enhance security awareness across MMI.
• Lead performance reviews and compensation planning.
