Senior Mobile Software Engineer, Quality Engineering

Overview

Lead mobile quality engineering for native iOS and Android products by building automation coverage, improving test frameworks, and applying AI and tooling to software testing.

What you'll do

• Lead test automation across unit, service, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Build and maintain automated tests in Swift and Kotlin.
• Improve mobile automation frameworks across native codebases.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve automation suite health, including flakiness, execution time, debuggability, and quality metrics.
• troubleshoot mobile testing issues and verify bug fixes across devices and emulators.
• Collaborate with product, development, CI/CD, and quality engineering teams.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering and testing.
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin/Android SDK or Swift/iOS SDK and working knowledge of the other.
• Experience with Gradle and Xcode.
• Strong knowledge of test automation methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience with Espresso, Compose Test, or XCUITest.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and quality signals such as coverage and flaky test rate.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Curiosity about applying AI or LLMs to testing and developer productivity.
