Overview

Senior o9 APS / IBP Solution Developer (CoE) focused on hands-on delivery and platform stewardship for scalable o9 Digital Brain use cases.

What you'll do

• Design, configure, and enhance scalable o9 Digital Brain use cases for planners and measurable outcomes.
• Translate requirements into design of performant models, analytics, and workflows for planning domains (demand/supply/inventory/IBP).
• Configure planning logic, ensuring data model alignment and setting up metrics, dashboards, alerts, and workflows.
• Optimize models for performance and scalability.
• Establish standards for performance, scalability, reusability, maintainability, and governance across CoE configurations.
• Contribute reusable components to a CoE library, review/govern others’ configurations, and mentor junior developers.
• Lead conversations with planners and stakeholders on planning logic, trade-offs, and adoption.

What you'll need

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Management, or equivalent.
• Hands-on delivery of o9 configurations to solve SC Planning / APS / IBP problems.
• Experience configuring planning processes that consume AI/ML model and workflow innovations.
• Working knowledge across data analytics, visualization, and deployment ecosystems.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) for stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of APS / IBP and decision-making scenario design (single-domain and cross-domain).
• Understanding of o9 performance internals and best practices.

• Hybrid work model: average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India.
