Overview
Build and scale the digital growth engine behind Kong's product-led motion, owning qualified product signup targets and the strategy, experimentation and execution needed to hit them. This is a hands-on growth role focused on the digital-to-product journey.
What you'll do
- Own PLG growth targets and strategy, including qualified signup goals and the roadmap across acquisition, conversion and experimentation.
- Grow qualified product signups by identifying and scaling audiences, use cases, channels and experiences that bring high-quality users into Kong's products.
- Optimize the digital-to-product journey by finding friction across landing pages, CTAs, signup paths, messaging and conversion flows, and turning insights into experiments.
- Personally build, launch, measure and iterate growth experiments across landing experiences, signup journeys, lifecycle, new acquisition loops and emerging channels.
- Use AI and automation to accelerate experimentation, uncover insights, personalize digital experiences, automate repeatable workflows and scale growth programs.
- Partner with Product Growth to understand which users activate and engage, and use those signals to improve targeting, messaging and acquisition.
- Partner with RevOps on funnel measurement, attribution, cohort analysis and product signals connecting acquisition, signup, activation, PQL and revenue.
- Orchestrate across Digital Experience, SEO/AEO, Paid Media, Lifecycle, Content and Campaigns to turn PLG opportunities into execution.
- Lead cross-functional PLG growth by aligning priorities with leaders across Marketing, Product Growth and RevOps, and influencing roadmaps.
