Senior Power Platform Developer - CP&O

Overview

Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade business applications and automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Work with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations to transform manual processes into scalable digital solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable digital solutions.
• Ensure application security, governance, compliance, and performance optimization across Power Platform environments.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing solutions while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to automation and digital transformation programs through AI, low-code technologies, and process optimization.
• Develop technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures to support adoption and sustainability.
• Support application lifecycle management, deployment standards, and best-practice frameworks for enterprise solutions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating business applications with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong understanding of application design, data modeling, automation, and analytics best practices.
• Knowledge of governance, security, compliance, and application lifecycle management principles within Power Platform environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, business process automation, or enterprise application initiatives.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, Azure services, or SAP integrations.
