GHR Power Apps / Power Automate / SharePoint Developer

Overview

Build, enhance, and support HR business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, SPFx, Qualtrics 360, and Microsoft 365 technologies. Partner with global stakeholders to deliver secure, governed, and user-friendly applications.

What you'll do

• Design and enhance Power Apps for HR and employee-facing processes.
• Implement Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, routing, and document management.
• Build and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, forms, and permissions.
• Develop and support SPFx applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and SPFx.
• Configure and administer Qualtrics 360 surveys, reporting, reminders, and participant processes.
• Provide production support and resolve application, workflow, and integration issues.
• Gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years of experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions in a large enterprise.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, including Canvas apps.
• Experience creating complex Power Automate workflows with approvals, error handling, and supportability.
• Experience with SharePoint Online information architecture, permissions, modern pages, and sites.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications through requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience with governance, security, compliance, role-based access, and operational controls.
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement, communication, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• SPFx development using React and TypeScript.
• Qualtrics 360 administration or similar feedback platforms.
• Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, REST APIs, or automation scripting experience.
• Power Platform ALM, deployment, and environment management experience.
