Senior Manager-Business Intelligence & PMO – GSC Performance

Overview

Lead business intelligence, analytics, automation and PMO governance for global digital and AI initiatives within GSC Performance.

What you'll do

• Design BI solutions for performance monitoring and strategic planning.
• Develop Power BI solutions and advance analytics and reporting automation.
• Consolidate and validate data from SQL, Excel, Microsoft Project Online and internal systems.
• Create Power Apps and automated workflows to digitize manual processes.
• Maintain PMO standards, templates and governance frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional strategic programme activities and establish PMI-aligned project structures.
• Engage stakeholders to translate requirements into decision-support tools and secure project alignment.

What you'll need

• 10–13 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Experience in the supply chain domain.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in BI, analytics, reporting automation, programme management or PMO delivery.
• Hands-on Power BI development experience.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate or similar technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation and communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or practical experience applying PMI standards.
• Experience with digital transformation, AI or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Experience improving reporting and governance through automation and standardisation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project Online or equivalent tools.
