Lead Software Development Engineer

Overview

Lead Software Development Engineer for performance management and digital finance transformation solutions, including OneStream platform implementation and optimization.

What you'll do

• Lead financial planning and performance management projects, including tech-driven transformation with tools like OneStream and Oracle EPM Lead.
• Design, develop, and test software systems for enhancements and new products.
• Provide technical expertise in security, system integration, and application performance management.
• Manage and optimize OneStream platform infrastructure with evolving business requirements.
• Lead admin activities for OneStream, including upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
• Own development and rollout for an entire product or large project, including schedules and task monitoring.

What you'll need

• 10-15 years of working experience in Enterprise Performance Management solutions implementation and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with EPM tools including OneStream and Hyperion.
• Experience with end-to-end OneStream platform implementation and managing OneStream infrastructure.
• Ability to plan, forecast, and handle month-end processes.
• Experience with data integration methodologies connecting OneStream with systems like Data Lake, SQL Server, S4 Hana, and PowerBI.
• Knowledge of ensuring OS compliance with TR Security Standards (e.g., VPN connection, encryption standards, security dashboards).
