Overview

Lead business communications and reporting for Company Data, supporting leadership planning, analysis, and consistent execution across locations and partner groups.

What you'll do

• Prepare leadership presentations, executive summaries, and business reviews.
• Lead content for town halls, leadership updates, and Company Data communications.
• Ensure messaging consistency across locations and partner groups.
• Support visualization, dashboard storytelling, and essential communications.
• Provide planning and analysis to align strategy and implementation across locations.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives to drive efficiency.
• Support management requests and people-related initiatives.

What you'll need

• Strong communication, partnership, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Basic SQL skills.
• Ability to lead multiple tasks and adapt quickly.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and extended hours as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in business operations, reporting, governance, or programme management.
• Content knowledge across D&A Company Data content sets.
