Senior Product Designer

Overview

Senior Product Designer to lead product design across key product and business problems.

What you'll do

• Translate complex workflows and user needs into intuitive design solutions.
• Use research, data, and customer insights to inform and validate design decisions.
• Partner with business, product, and engineering from problem definition through launch.
• Contribute to production-ready outputs using AI-enabled tooling.
• Generate prototypes and validate ideas, iterating with feedback and data.
• Help establish strong product design practices as a founding designer for the India PDT team.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of product design experience on digital products.
• A portfolio showing UX, interaction, and visual design.
• Skills in AI design tools (e.g., Figma, Bolt, UX Pilot, Pencil) and AI-enabled environments (e.g., Make, Cursor, Claude, GitHub).
• Ability to explain design decisions and incorporate feedback.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in design, research, or development workflows.
• Ability to move from design artifacts to functional prototypes or code using AI-assisted tools.
• Ability to evaluate when to use AI versus traditional approaches.
