Overview

Senior Product Designer (AI Builder) role at Razorpay, focused on redesigning the practice of design with agentic AI workflows. The role combines design, engineering and systems architecture to build tools and workflows that the wider design team can run independently.

What you'll do

• Be the living proof of AI-native design workflows by building remarkable things and showing them to the team.
• Ship projects that progressively automate the design process, from discrete tools to full end-to-end automation.
• Build AI workflows that 60 designers can run end-to-end, independently and without bottlenecks.
• Research where designers get stuck and turn those observations into tools, agents and systems.
• Maintain frontier knowledge of AI possibilities as a core job function.

What you'll need

• Top percentile in AI and design: you apply AI to product design workflows better than almost anyone and have proven it.
• Credible designer and builder: you have taste and you ship.
• Exceptional communicator, whether 1:1 or to a group, making complex ideas land simply.
• Systems thinker who solves entire classes of problems, not individual tasks.
• Obsessively curious, dissatisfied with what exists and energised by what's next.
