Senior Product Designer (Priv Controls)

Overview

Senior Product Designer role at Bitwarden focused on improving UX for a security product experience.

What you'll do

• Research, design, and iterate concepts for new and existing product experiences.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes and higher-fidelity prototypes, plus production-ready designs.
• Design and prototype user-centric solutions across desktop, mobile, web, and browser extension.
• Conduct and moderate customer and user feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to facilitate critique sessions with stakeholders.
• Partner across teams to identify continuous UX improvement opportunities.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in product design or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate designs using sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design tools (primarily Figma).
• Ability to plan and execute comprehensive user research and testing cycles.
• Technical design expertise including systems thinking.
• Experience influencing leadership on design direction using data and user feedback.
• Portfolio with UI and examples/artifacts that show UX solution thinking.
