Senior Product Engineer

Overview

Senior Product Engineer (AI-focused) building and maintaining software systems from concept to production for a remote-first distributed team.

What you'll do

• Use AI-assisted development to rapidly prototype, validate, and ship production-ready solutions.
• Identify opportunities where software, automation, data, or AI can create operational, product, or revenue impact.
• Own solutions end-to-end across discovery, scoping, architecture, implementation, deployment, measurement, and iteration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand problems, define solutions, communicate trade-offs, and measure outcomes.
• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications, backend services, automations, and internal tools.
• Work with cloud infrastructure and edge platforms, including AWS and Cloudflare.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve reliability, observability, and performance.

What you'll need

• Ability to move from ambiguous business problems to deployed solutions with stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience delivering complex software systems and business outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools in production while maintaining quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Comfort with modern application frameworks (e.g., Laravel or similar).
• Experience designing/implementing experimentation and A/B testing frameworks (e.g., PostHog or similar).
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Cloudflare, or similar).
• Proficiency in Git-based development, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment practices.
