Overview

Senior Product Manager for Simpplr’s AI Products, shaping and scaling AI-powered capabilities across the Simpplr platform to improve employee experience.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to define and execute the roadmap for the AI platform, services, and agentic capabilities.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases across the employee experience platform in line with customer needs and business goals.
• Define product requirements, user stories, evaluation criteria, and success metrics for AI-powered features and platform capabilities.
• Translate product requirements into AI models, APIs, tools, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integrations.
• Drive reusable AI platform primitives such as model gateways, prompt management, evaluation frameworks, knowledge retrieval, observability, governance controls, and agent tooling.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for AI quality and performance using offline/online evaluations, golden datasets, and user feedback loops.
• Define AI reliability, scalability, and responsible usage standards covering monitoring, failure handling, privacy, compliance, and trust.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• At least 2+ years focused on AI/ML-driven products, platforms, or AI-native applications.
• Good technical fluency in AI and ML concepts, APIs, and enterprise SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, context engineering, and agent workflows with rapid prototyping/validation.
• Experience defining and operating AI evaluation frameworks including offline and online evaluations and golden datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
