Senior Product Manager I, Subscription Growth

Overview

Lead subscription growth product strategy and execution for a digital storefront, optimizing the purchase funnel, conversion, pricing, packaging, and customer lifetime value.

What you'll do

• Communicate product strategy and roadmap updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate launches and updates across multiple teams, squads, or pods.
• Drive A/B testing and data-informed optimization of the subscription funnel.
• Prioritize the roadmap using user pain points, market dynamics, and opportunity sizing.
• Anticipate architectural tradeoffs and technical risks for subscription features.
• Define and analyze metrics linked to customer satisfaction and business OKRs.

What you'll need

• 6–10 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience independently leading complex project execution at an advanced level.
• Experience with consumer subscription models, including conversions, renewals, winbacks, and retention.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, and paywall optimization.
• Advanced proficiency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, or FullStory.
• Ability to build funnels, cohorts, and retention curves and diagnose drop-offs.
• Strong technical fluency in front-end systems, experimentation constraints, and instrumentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in the career or job search industry.
• Experience with high-traffic sites and advanced A/B testing.
• Fluency with AI tools for research, prototyping, and data synthesis.
• Expertise in payment success optimization, fraud prevention, or subscription compliance.

Details

• Remote, work from home.
• Full-time position.
• Starting pay range: $150,000–$195,000 USD yearly.
• Hiring is limited to eligible residents of listed U.S. states and Puerto Rico.
