Senior Product Manager, Insurance and Warranty CX

Overview

Senior Product Manager for Insurance and Warranty customer experience, owning roadmap and delivery for digital experiences across policy, claims, payments, and self-service. Based in India, working with U.S.-based teams to deliver connected web/mobile experiences.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap and delivery for core customer-facing digital experiences across insurance and warranty.
• Own customer onboarding and lifecycle touchpoints across web, mobile, and signed-in/signed-out contexts.
• Ensure customer experiences improve usability, personalization, and quality using customer, offer, and transaction data.
• Own lifecycle-driven experiences across multiple channels including email, SMS, chat, and telephony.
• Own onboarding, activation, and re-engagement flows that drive adoption, engagement, and repeat usage.
• Own end-to-end execution from idea to release (epics, user stories, and requirements).
• Manage backlog, sprint planning, prioritization, milestones, dependencies, risks, and launch readiness (including QA support).

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
• Experience owning and delivering customer-facing digital products (web and/or mobile).
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable requirements.
• Proven track record of cross-functional product shipping.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work within U.S. business hours/EST overlap.
• Proven experience working with U.S.-based business teams.

• Location: India; Workplace type: Remote.
• Work schedule: 4 core US hours overlap (7:30pm–11:30pm IST) plus 4 flexible hours (IST).
