Senior Product Owner (PAM)

Overview

Senior Product Owner (PAM) to lead delivery of Privileged Access Management capabilities for securing, brokering, and auditing privileged credentials.

What you'll do

• Own and manage the PAM product backlog, including writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks.
• Drive sprint planning and backlog grooming to capture privileged-session behaviors, approval-chain logic, credential rotation, and integration edge cases.
• Act as the engineering delivery point of contact to clarify requirements for JIT access requests, credential leasing, session recording/replay, and policy enforcement.
• Partner with Product Management to translate PAM strategy into epics, milestones, and sprint-ready work.
• Manage delivery timelines by forecasting sprints/milestones, surfacing risks early, and communicating timeline changes.
• Coordinate work across product surfaces (admin console, vault, approvals, integration APIs) and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Collaborate with Design, QA, Security, and Compliance on acceptance criteria covering governance, approvals, session auditability, and privileged-access lifecycle management.

What you'll need

• Strong product-delivery discipline.
• Working understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Working understanding of identity and access management (IAM).
• Familiarity with least-privilege principles.
• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance needs.
