Senior Program Manager, Corporate Real Estate Design & Delivery- APAC

Overview

Senior Program Manager for Corporate Real Estate Design and Delivery (APAC) responsible for end-to-end delivery of office fit-out capital projects across the APAC region.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of APAC office fit-out projects from feasibility/business case through handover and post-occupancy review.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure alignment, sequencing, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure delivery meets approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Identify, manage, and resolve delivery risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when appropriate.
• Implement the global Project Delivery Playbook and Toolkit across APAC projects.
• Run governance processes including gateway/tollgate reviews, change control, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, reporting, and data integrity.

What you'll need

• 12+ years’ experience in programme or project management within corporate real estate, commercial fit-out, or workplace delivery.
• Strong programme and project management capability for complex, multi-market portfolios.
• Commercial acumen with understanding of cost, value, and risk trade-offs.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with comfort working with governance frameworks and reporting structures.
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or similar.
