Project Manager Specialist III

Overview

Project Manager Specialist III responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources and timing for administrative or business processes.

What you'll do

• Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop project schedules.
• Monitor and report project status on cost, timing, and staffing.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.
• Identify and resolve obstacles to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Manage multiple interrelated projects and integrate vendor tasks into plans on some projects.
• Coordinate daily operations and oversee implementation of short to medium term team activities.

What you'll need

• Advanced knowledge and experience at this level.
• Participate in or lead development of new solutions/projects.
• Share best practices and advice with co-workers in the professional area.
• Outline directions to others and generate own workload.
• Supervise and coordinate lower-level specialists as a single point of contact in complex matters.
• Manage a mixed team of Specialist and Support jobs with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
