Senior Project Engineer

Overview

Senior Project Engineer responsible for façade engineering and execution on a premium hotel development project. The role oversees design compliance, installation quality, safety, coordination, and project timelines.

What you'll do

• Manage façade engineering and execution activities across curtain walls, glazing, cladding, ACP, stone cladding, windows, louvers, and architectural façade elements.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, structural engineers, and MEP teams.
• Monitor installation quality and conduct inspections.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, safety standards, and construction schedules.
• Track project progress, verify quantities, support contractor billing, and prepare project reports.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of relevant façade engineering and execution experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Experience with façade systems including curtain walls, unitized glazing, stick systems, ACP cladding, stone cladding, waterproofing, and thermal performance requirements.
• Ability to review façade drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Knowledge of quality control, construction safety, project planning, and contractor management.
