Overview

Senior Project Manager for Analog Mixed Signal Methodology in the Semiconductor I/O Development team, driving I/O component development projects from concept to delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead project management for I/O component development projects of medium to high complexity.
• Manage cross-functional, geographically distributed project teams for execution.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget, scope, and quality targets.
• Align project requirements (functionality, quality, schedule, budget) with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive project planning including resource allocation, schedule management, and technical deliverable tracking.
• Monitor and control progress, costs, risks, and timelines; prepare status updates and key metrics.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of overall industry experience and at least 5+ years of project management experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical background in I/O development or related semiconductor design domains.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and mitigate risks.
• Strong execution focus on efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
