Staff Project Manager

Overview

Staff Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of GIPP digital products and technology initiatives, partnering across product, engineering, data, architecture, and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of GIPP initiatives from inception through deployment and hypercare.
• Develop delivery plans, release schedules, and roadmap execution for scope, timelines, budget, and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Facilitate Agile delivery across multiple squads, including sprint/release planning and delivery forecasting.
• Act as primary delivery partner for Product Managers and business stakeholders with executive-level status reporting.
• Lead delivery teams with strategic partners and manage supplier performance to contractual obligations.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of technology delivery or programme management experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation programmes.
• Strong experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Experience handling globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Proven success leading third-party vendors and system integrators.
• Experience delivering cloud, data, analytics, or enterprise platform initiatives.
