Senior QA Engineer

Overview

Senior QA Engineer role for the Royal Lounge Casino team in Bangalore. You’ll design, execute, and maintain QA for mobile and web studio games in an Agile environment.

What you'll do

• Write, maintain, and execute test cases for mobile and web studio games.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing of mobile applications.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams, Producers, Developers, and QA leads to meet quality standards.
• Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Communicate during defect triage to reduce defect ageing and drive timely resolution.
• Create and maintain QA documentation including test cases, plans, reports, and training material.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years of experience in software testing.
• Strong familiarity with mobile and web platforms from a QA perspective.
• Good understanding of client-server architecture, APIs, application data flow, and network debugging.
• Hands-on experience in test design, test execution, defect reporting, regression, and risk-based testing.
• Experience using QA tools such as Jira and TestRail.
• Good understanding of software testing processes, SDLC/STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
