Senior Quality & Reliability Assurance Engineer

Overview

Senior QRA Engineer in Global Quality for NVM products, conducting electrical failure analysis and data analysis of next-generation 3D NAND memory devices and overseeing outgoing monitor plans in an HVM environment.

What you'll do

• Provide release documentation upon achieving qualification and set up plans to monitor the quality and reliability of products in the HVM phase.
• Develop and oversee outgoing monitor plans to sustain and improve memory quality.
• Perform risk assessment and provide product disposition as part of deviation management.
• Perform product failure analysis on rejects to identify failure modes and mechanisms that lead to corrective and/or preventive actions.
• Assist and consult on post qualification quality and reliability issues and assist in the analysis and disposition of these materials.
• Coordinate with Research and Development and Product Engineering teams to comprehend new reliability issues and how to test for and assess their impact on customer risk and reliability.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• Good organization skills and ability to multitask and coordinate between multiple issues at any given time.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and handle pressure situations in a professional manner.
• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and Artificial Intelligence literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
• At least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry as QA or Product engineer.

Nice to have

• Experience in failure analysis.
