Senior RPA Developer

Overview

Senior RPA Developer at UiPath working with businesses and Partners to leverage the full potential of the UiPath Automation Platform, developing, testing and building robots within UiPath Professional Services and possibly leading a few developers.

What you'll do

• Code and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio with coding agents (Autopilot and other coding agents).
• Verify and leverage appropriate UiPath components from the UiPath Product Suite.
• Provide solution designs to customers during deals, POCs (Proof of Concept) and project implementation.
• Make changes to robot code during implementation as needed.
• Develop workflows and custom activities using VB.NET/C#.
• Be responsible for the overall testing cycles.
• Deliver technical training, demos and blueprints and provide necessary support for new and existing clients.
• Mentor budding developers.

What you'll need

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent degree.
• 7+ years of experience in the IT industry with a code development background.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience developing and implementing automation workflows in UiPath.
• Hands-on development experience using coding agents and their capabilities.
• Very good understanding of prompt engineering and best practices.
• Strong technical skills on UiPath and the end-to-end UiPath Product Suite.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands-on experience with RE-framework, Orchestration Framework and DU (Document Understanding) Framework.
• Hands-on experience in UiPath Agents, Maestro, Coded Agents, Coded Apps, Coded Action App, Coded Workflow, IXP, API Workflow.
• Up to date with UiPath CLI skills used along with coding agents to accelerate development and troubleshooting.
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge of VBA/VB/Java/C#/HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Python script or equivalent (or any scripting language) and good knowledge of using IDEs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center and Action Center.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a team.
• UiPath Certified Professional certification.
• Experience in Mainframe Automation, SAP Automation or Citrix Automation.
• Experience with other RPA tools.
• Python scripting knowledge.
• Knowledge of cognitive automation with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools and AI/ML skills.
• Understanding of UiPath infrastructure requirements.
• Experience working with Test Suite, Apps and Insights.
• Understanding of Generative AI and new UiPath releases.
• Understanding of cloud services such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
