Overview

Hands-on Technical Lead to drive the design and implementation of an enterprise Agentic AI platform built on AWS Bedrock, AWS AgentCore, LangChain, MCP Servers, FastAPI, and cloud-native microservices.

What you'll do

• Design scalable AI agent workflows using AWS Bedrock and LangChain.
• Lead design reviews and establish engineering best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and fresh graduates.
• Build multi-agent systems using AgentCore.
• Develop AI Skills, Tools, Knowledge Sources, and Agent orchestration workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering and agent evaluation frameworks.
• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Build and expose domain-driven APIs using FastAPI.
• Design MCP tools and server architecture.
• Implement authentication, authorization, audit trails, and governance controls.
• Establish observability, monitoring, and tracing for AI workflows.

What you'll need

• Expert-level Python.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with Agentic AI architectures.
• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph.
• Experience with prompt engineering.
• Experience with FastAPI and REST APIs.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and microservices.
• Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with DynamoDB or PostgreSQL.
