Overview

Software Developer L1 role building Python-based backend services, FastAPI endpoints, MCP tools and generative AI agent workflows for Aptos' Unified Commerce platform.

What you'll do

  • Develop Python-based backend services.
  • Build FastAPI endpoints and integrations.
  • Create and maintain MCP tools.
  • Implement business workflows and agent actions.
  • Build agent workflows using LangChain and Bedrock.
  • Create prompts and AI skills.
  • Process structured and semi-structured business data.
  • Build reusable service components.

What you'll need

  • Programming: Python, Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures & Algorithms.
  • Backend Development: REST APIs.
  • Generative AI concepts: LLM fundamentals, Prompt Engineering, LangChain basics.
  • Cloud Fundamentals: AWS basics, Git/GitHub, Docker fundamentals.

Nice to have

  • FastAPI.
