Senior Sales Development Representative

Overview

Senior Sales Development Representative to spearhead pipeline growth for the US market. The outbound-first role operates on US business hours and engages Mid-Market and Enterprise buyers.

What you'll do

• Deliver full-cycle outbound into North America (research, targeting, outreach, qualification, meeting handoff).
• Build and prioritize target account lists across core verticals.
• Run multi-channel outbound using cold call, email, and LinkedIn, and iterate based on conversion.
• Work with AEs and marketing to keep the pipeline clean and maintain the feedback loop.
• Own and update CRM numbers without follow-up requests.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS SDR/BDR experience.
• Mandatory outbound experience.
• Ability to build a pipeline from scratch.
• Strong understanding of leveraging inbound alongside outbound to maximize pipeline coverage.
• Track record selling into North America.
• Sharp written and verbal English.

What you'll need

• Experience selling to line-of-business buyers (Legal, Ops, Finance, HR) is preferred.
