Senior Salesforce Account Executive - Salesforce Solutions

Overview

Lead Salesforce-focused consulting sales by acquiring new clients, expanding strategic accounts, and closing complex engagements. Own the sales lifecycle, executive relationships, account strategy, forecasting, and commercial execution.

What you'll do

• Develop account and territory strategies across the full sales lifecycle.
• Acquire new logos and expand existing mid-sized enterprise accounts.
• Build relationships with Salesforce ecosystem stakeholders and client executives.
• Orchestrate presales, industry, delivery, alliance, legal, and executive resources.
• Lead qualification, competitive positioning, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Maintain qualified pipeline coverage and accurate Salesforce forecasts.
• Secure multi-year consulting engagements while protecting profitability.

What you'll need

• 8–10+ years selling complex technology consulting, platform implementation, or digital transformation services.
• Success acquiring clients and expanding strategic accounts through direct and partner-led sales.
• Sales quota achievement in the $6–10 million range.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions and implementation services.
• Executive communication, consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Salesforce ecosystem experience.
• MBA or other advanced degree.

• Remote role with up to 50% travel.
• Candidates in the Northeast United States are preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Estimated compensation range: $155,000–$175,000 USD.
