Enterprise Account Executive - NYC

Overview

Enterprise Account Executive role focused on building and scaling DevRev's US market through SaaS sales, prospecting, customer adoption, and paid conversion.

What you'll do

• Build outreach to existing contacts and new opportunities.
• Manage customer follow-up, pipeline, and quotas.
• Partner with Growth to increase product awareness.
• Nurture customers, identify decision-makers, and gather requirements.
• Guide customers through implementation and adoption to drive paid conversion.
• Share customer feedback and feature requests with Product and Engineering.
• Maintain account information in DevRev's CRM.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in a closing role.
• Experience as an Enterprise Account Executive.
• A proven track record in SaaS, IT, or B2B technology companies.
• New business development experience, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of sales outcomes.
• Customer-centric, resilient, and creative approach to solving customer challenges.

Nice to have

• CRM industry knowledge.
