- Independently own the configuration, administration, and optimization of key revenue systems (primarily Salesforce) and workflows.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for the revenue teams via help desk tickets, identifying patterns in requests and resolving root causes rather than just symptoms.
- Define, scope, test, and implement operational revenue improvement projects, managing multiple concurrent projects, setting realistic timelines, and leading release management for large-scale updates that scale with the growth of the business.
- Identify gaps in existing workflows, processes, and tech stack, and design re-engineered, automated solutions that reduce manual effort and improve consistency across GTM teams.
- Design reporting and dashboards that give GTM stakeholders clear visibility into their workflows and outcomes, using data to quantify process gaps and make the business case for improvements.
- Create and maintain high-quality process and technical documentation, and build enablement resources (guides, SOPs, training sessions) that drive adoption and reduce repeat support requests.
- Collaborate with the greater Revenue Operations team to deliver end-to-end solutions that support the key objectives of the go-to-market strategy.
- Evaluate new platform features and best practices, bringing recommendations to the team and sharing learnings with peers.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on Salesforce for the organization.
