Overview

Senior Software Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering software solutions while guiding technical architecture and junior developers.

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements into design specifications and code.
• Design solutions, write code, perform unit testing, and document implementations.
• Present technical ideas to diverse audiences.
• Coach junior developers on software best practices.
• Investigate product defects and redesign components for improved efficiency.
• Re-architect components to address growth, performance, and scalability challenges.
• Provide technical guidance for new products and services.

What you'll need

• 5–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with .NET, C#, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Expertise in computer science, mathematics, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Understanding of software architecture and program relationships.
• Experience with two or more SOTI product components.
• Leadership capabilities including people management, influence, and communication.
• Ability to forecast customer requirements and propose architectural improvements.
