Overview
Build and maintain automated testing capabilities for enterprise software platforms as a hands-on DevTest/QA automation software engineer. The role covers test frameworks, large-scale test suites, CI/CD integration, cloud environments, and production troubleshooting.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain automated test frameworks, libraries, utilities, and reusable components.
- Build automated tests for SaaS applications, APIs, services, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Use AI coding assistants to accelerate test development, code analysis, debugging, and test generation.
- Integrate reliable automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and execution infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot automation failures, application issues, environment problems, and production defects.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, DevOps, operations, and QA teams.
- Improve test coverage, testability, observability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of software engineering, SDET, DevTest, or QA automation experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Programming experience in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a similar language.
- Experience building automation frameworks, test libraries, and automation infrastructure.
- Experience testing APIs, backend services, web applications, distributed systems, or enterprise software.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, debugging, and version control.
- Ability to use AI-assisted development tools and independently build significant test coverage.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, IT management, cybersecurity, endpoint management, or RMM platforms.
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, REST-assured, pytest, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, relational databases, or CI/CD platforms.
- Experience with large-scale automation, distributed-system testing, or hybrid environments.
