Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer (Agentic AI) to design, build, and deploy production-grade multi-agent AI systems for JLL Technologies’ Azara platform.

What you'll do

• Design and build production-grade multi-agent systems using LangGraph.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for document processing and retrieval.
• Build agent evaluation, testing, and observability frameworks for production reliability.
• Integrate LLM/SLM services and implement prompt engineering and cost optimization.
• Implement Python backend services and APIs (e.g., FastAPI) to serve agent workflows.
• Develop distributed task processing and event-driven microservices with real-time streaming.
• Lead proof-of-concept work and mentor engineers on AI engineering practices.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of proven software engineering experience with significant hands-on AI/ML work in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python for production AI applications.
• Demonstrated production experience with LangGraph or similar agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Hands-on LLM API integration experience (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) and prompt engineering.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG systems (embeddings, vector databases, retrieval strategies).
• Experience with FastAPI and Celery for production APIs and distributed task processing.
• Ability to work with event-driven microservices and real-time streaming patterns (Dapr, SSE).
