Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer (Java Full Stack) working as a hands-on contributor to design, build, validate, and deliver product features across backend and frontend.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end design, development, validation, and delivery of product features across backend and frontend.
• Independently develop scalable applications and systems including backend and frontend implementation.
• Support secure and high-quality delivery, including identifying security vulnerabilities and ensuring UT coverage.
• Handle customer escalations.
• Drive innovation by proposing, prototyping, and evaluating PoCs, and improving performance, scalability, and developer productivity.
• Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, implementation support, and knowledge sharing.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of experience in Java-based backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native deployments.
• Mandatory hands-on Java Full Stack experience across backend and frontend (React or Angular).
• Mandatory experience designing and implementing REST API-based backend applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Must have core knowledge of Data Structures, OOPS, SOLID design principles, and common design patterns.
• Must have working exposure to any cloud stack (GCP or AWS).
• Must be able to handle security processes and follow development processes to ensure technical quality.
