Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer responsible for architecting AI-enabled features and infrastructure, leading complex technical initiatives, and setting engineering quality standards.

What you'll do

• Design and implement AI integration infrastructure, including MCP servers, orchestration layers, and API gateways.
• Build advanced RAG systems, agentic workflows, and multi-step reasoning features.
• Lead technical initiatives from requirements through production deployment.
• Make architectural decisions balancing performance, scalability, cost, and maintainability.
• Design AI evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks.
• Debug complex production issues across traditional and AI systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive consensus in technical design discussions.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience building and deploying production AI/ML features.
• Strong Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript expertise.
• Advanced React and frontend architecture skills.
• Extensive AWS architecture experience, including AWS Bedrock.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with MCP servers, RAG systems, agentic AI, Python, microservices, distributed systems, and API design.
