Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise software. The role covers backend, frontend, cloud services, production support, and collaboration across the software development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications.
• Build RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud services, and web applications.
• Develop backend services with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Build frontend applications with React.js, JavaScript, and/or Angular.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical knowledge-sharing.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including web application development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, React.js, JavaScript, microservices, Azure, RESTful APIs, and AI technologies.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and design patterns.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and complex production applications.
• Familiarity with Git, automated testing, unit testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, or AI-enabled applications.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, monitoring, observability, or incident response.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, distributed systems, or messaging technologies.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week in the office, depending on the role.
