Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Lead the design and development of complex full-stack features for a commercial real estate product using React, Vite, TanStack Query, Python, Django, and Django REST Framework. The role includes technical leadership, mentoring, architecture, AI integration, testing, and ownership of significant product capabilities.

What you'll do

• Lead full-stack feature design and implementation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Drive architecture decisions and technical standards.
• Architect front-end systems and back-end APIs.
• Design agentic AI features and intelligent automation.
• Lead refactoring, testing, troubleshooting, and incident response.
• Own deployment procedures and technical documentation.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise with React, Vite, and state management solutions.
• Experience with TanStack Query and performance optimization.
• Strong Python, Django, and Django REST Framework expertise.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and production AI-driven features.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading Agile teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of microservices, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Commercial real estate or PropTech experience.
• Open-source contributions or technical community engagement.
