Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer on the Growth Data Platform team, building systems that transform growth data pipelines into a real-time decisioning platform.

What you'll do

• Deliver large projects and maintain key code repositories.
• Break down complex problems, ensure predictable delivery, and resolve incident root causes.
• Roadmap and execute technical strategies with the team.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and real-time pairing.
• Design and build stateful AI clinical agents using LangGraph.js within a shared NestJS service.
• Integrate LangSmith for AI observability, evaluation, and CI-gated quality checks.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of non-internship full-time professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of work experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• 1+ years building applications with LLMs, including prompt engineering and model integration.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain for stateful multi-step workflows.
• Familiarity with LangSmith (or equivalent) for tracing, prompt management, and regression testing.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices for PHI/PII handling in healthcare/regulated environments.

• Location: Bengaluru-based role with regular collaboration with colleagues in San Francisco, CA.
• Hybrid model: in-office 3 days/week.
