Senior Software Engineer (C#/APL) – Portfolio Analysis

Overview

Senior Software Engineer for Portfolio Analysis, working in an agile product team on SimCorp Dimension in the Product Division.

What you'll do

• Work with your team to understand and challenge customer requirements.
• Discuss solutions, then implement and test the chosen solution.
• Support the solution after release.
• Focus on maintainability and high system performance.
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery.
• Help reshape the product for the cloud.
• Work on reducing build time and rearchitecting components for faster performance.

What you'll need

• Experience with C# and .NET development.
• Ability to learn additional technologies such as APL.
• Experience building high performance, scalable applications.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
• Interest in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure Service Bus, streaming APIs).
• Knowledge/interest in learning financial instruments and financial investment systems (advantage, not prerequisite).
• Recent graduate from IT education or another relevant background (not a strict requirement).

• Work setup: Global hybrid work policy; 2 days per week from the office and remote other days.
