Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior UI Engineer for the Experience Design (XD) team, focused on ServiceTitan’s design systems and building AI-enabled tools to improve UI design and development efficiency.

What you'll do

• Contribute code and provide component feedback to the design system.
• Partner with Design and Engineering teams to extend, adapt, and evolve processes and tooling.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Gemini, GitHub Copilot) and improve internal skills and tooling.
• Build tools and processes for tests, automations, build/release tooling, and documentation.
• Maintain engineering standards and document what patterns should be used and why.
• Explore frameworks, component, and API structures for the system.
• Champion user solutions that are scalable and maintain repository integrity and security.

What you'll need

• Production-level web UI experience with React and modern build tools.
• Experience with AI code generation tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Understanding of AI concepts including LLM, MCP, skills, tools.
• Experience building complex libraries used by multiple teams.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong HTML, CSS, & JS knowledge and proficiency with the listed stack (React, TypeScript, Vanilla Extract, Sass, Vite, etc.).
