Senior Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Engineer leading Java software delivery across design, development, testing, and production support, with technical leadership and customer-focused ownership.

What you'll do

• Refine stories and scope for delivery.
• Collaborate across platforms and teams.
• Identify and address risks during execution.
• Write clean, maintainable Java code and review contributions.
• Maintain specifications and application documentation.
• Create automated and manual tests, and resolve application incidents.
• Ensure monitoring and alerting and integrate AI capabilities via APIs/SDKs.

What you'll need

• 9+ years of Java and J2EE experience.
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices.
• Experience with SOAP and REST web services.
• Expertise in cloud environments, CI/CD, and databases.
• Experience with Kafka and Azure Event Hub.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Telecommunications.

Nice to have

• Hands-on use of AI co-pilots for Vibe coding (e.g., GitHub Copilot, GPT models, Claude code).
• Familiarity with AI platforms and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services).
• Experimentation with libraries/tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Spring AI.
