Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack

Overview

Senior Software Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining full-stack software products using TypeScript to streamline operations and support clinical research.

What you'll do

• Develop full-stack web applications with TypeScript.
• Build user interfaces from Figma mockups using React.
• Build scalable and secure backend APIs with Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Review code, mentor engineers, and pair with team members.
• Deploy and support production systems, including incident response.
• Write design documents and lead technical architecture discussions.
• Participate in Agile planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

What you'll need

• At least 6 years of front-end and back-end web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with functional programming techniques.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Details

• Remote within the United States.
• 100% remote office-based work.
• Less than 10% travel required.
• Expected pay: $140,000–$180,000 USD per year.
