Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

Overview

Senior Full Stack Engineer role focused on front-end modernization, with full-stack ownership across a .NET + PostgreSQL platform.

What you'll do

• Design and build modular, testable, accessible front-end applications using React.
• Own the experience layer end to end, including design systems, responsive layouts, accessibility (WCAG), and client-side performance.
• Partner with UX to support real workloads such as dense tables, long-running operations, and complex permissioning.
• Shape and extend RESTful, versioned .NET APIs and make backend changes that support the front-end.
• Tune SQL for query performance, indexing, and transactional correctness; contribute to data pipelines when needed.
• Use AI coding tools/agents for migrations, framework upgrades, test scaffolding, and documentation while preventing regressions.
• Apply security/privacy defaults and add quality guardrails (tests, CI, logging, observability) for healthcare workflows.
• Partner with analysts, stakeholders, designers, and engineers to turn business problems into shipped software.

What you'll need

• 5+ years building and shipping production systems.
• Deep front-end experience with React/Next.js (or comparable depth in Angular with willingness to lead in React).
• Experience with component architecture, state management, routing, forms, accessibility, and performance.
• Strong fundamentals across TypeScript, HTML, CSS, browser performance, accessibility, testing, and build/release tooling.
• Working experience with C# and modern .NET (Core and beyond).
• Comfortable with SQL for schema/query design and tuning, and recognizing performance issues at the database.
• API design experience for service-oriented, versioned APIs with auth/reliability/testing practices.
• Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure (AWS particularly relevant).
• Daily use of AI coding tools and agents for multi-file refactors, migrations, test generation, and review workflows.
