Senior Software Engineer - Gen AI

Overview

Senior Software Engineer responsible for leading software engineering initiatives and building, testing, deploying, and documenting technology projects focused on generative AI.

What you'll do

• Lead moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document technology projects.
• Plan strategies for large-scale technical programs.
• Evaluate technologies and procedures to resolve technical challenges.
• Lead teams and projects while serving as an escalation point.
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers on technical challenges.
• Guide less experienced staff.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, and Angular or React.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with ML libraries, model building or training, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Experience with generative AI and end-to-end RAG pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices, cloud platforms, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with Agile, test-driven development, DevOps, APIs, CI/CD, and enterprise tooling.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with Hadoop or Spark.
• Experience with Harness, Jenkins, Ansible, observability tools, or ServiceNow.
