Senior Software Engineer, Labor Planning & Forecasting

Overview

Senior Software Engineer for Labor Planning & Forecasting, building and evolving a high-performance data-driven Java enterprise scheduling/optimization application.

What you'll do

• Develop features with high quality and on time.
• Design feature solutions in collaboration with CTO/Architect.
• Own feature quality by testing before QA and fixing bugs.
• Write unit tests and work with QA for end-to-end testing.
• Debug and resolve complex technical problems and requirements ambiguities.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and provide feedback while adhering to best practices.

What you'll need

• 7-8 years with backend technologies including Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL.
• 7-8 years working on building multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• 7-8 years designing and building APIs.
• 5+ years delivering software in a cloud-based environment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in Java or C++ and object-oriented design skills.
• Experience leading projects throughout the full development lifecycle, from conception through maintenance is preferred.
