Senior Software Engineer (Python / Java, GenAI Development, 3-6 years' experience)

Overview

Senior Software Engineer responsible for developing AI-driven software and integration solutions for sales enablement, account management, and client service workflows.

What you'll do

• Design and develop software solutions using generative AI and modern integration patterns.
• Build APIs integrating CRM, sales enablement, and client service applications.
• Lead AI projects from conception through deployment.
• Design full-stack AI systems integrated with business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology projects.
• Automate software development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Support incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

What you'll need

• 3–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree.
• Expert-level skills in Python or Java.
• Experience with generative AI, conversational AI, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of application security, SSDLC, and cryptography fundamentals.
• Experience with OAuth2.0, SSO, authentication methods, and Redis.

Nice to have

• SaaS product development experience, including Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into CRM or sales enablement platforms.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architecture and scalability patterns.
