Senior Software Engineer, Skills & Workforce Development

Overview

Senior Software Engineer (SWDA) responsible for building and guiding scalable, secure digital solutions and technical delivery excellence.

What you'll do

• Build the digital foundation for the next Singapore through scalable products.
• Provide architectural and hands-on technical guidance, including design reviews.
• Collaborate with product and UX leaders on product vision, strategy, and technical roadmaps.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and manage delivery roadmaps incrementally.
• Identify issues, risks, and opportunities to deliver secure solutions.
• Uphold engineering standards across code quality, testing, security-by-design, and operational excellence.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep experience in system design and modern architecture with delivery of complex projects.
• Experience with high-security requirements, high-availability systems, and coexistence of new and legacy systems.
• Preferred experience in modern full-stack and front-end/back-end technologies (NextJs/React; Java/Kotlin/TypeScript).
• Foundational knowledge of cloud-native systems, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
