Overview

Senior Software Engineer, Test focuses on product quality while improving testing infrastructure, automation, developer productivity, and CI/CD.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers as a quality advocate for releases.
• Design and deliver risk-based test plans for new features using appropriate testing methods.
• Help ensure releases meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Partner with software engineers to find coverage gaps and build regression test coverage via existing or new infrastructure.
• Provide feedback on new functionality, features, and process changes.
• Uncover or prevent corner case defects.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7-12 years of software development or test framework development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure tools (e.g., AWS/GCP).
• Hands-on automation framework development experience (e.g., TestNG/Cypress/Selenium/Rest Assured/Cucumber/Jest).
• Expertise in test-driven development and automated test levels (unit, integration, functional).
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to communicate technical problems clearly.
