Overview
Specialist, ServiceNow Test Automation (Quality Software Engineer) ensuring the reliability and quality of IT risk and compliance processes in ServiceNow through test planning and automation.
What you'll do
- Design and execute test strategies across functional, integration, and non-functional areas for ServiceNow applications.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for ServiceNow applications.
- Create and maintain test cases, automation scripts, and test data using AutomatePro Log.
- Track and verify defects and collaborate with developers and product owners to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Produce test documentation and reports including execution logs and defect reports.
- Review and support the work of junior team members.
What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software QA or application testing.
- Strong proficiency in test planning, test case design, and execution supporting ServiceNow platform functionality and core modules.
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining automated test scripts using AutomatePro.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and understanding sprint-based testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field.
Details
- Based at Hyderabad Tech Center with a hybrid work model (3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote).
- Candidates are expected to reside within a commuting distance of the Hyderabad office.
- Location: Hyderabad (Hitec City Raidurg), Telangana, India.
